Louis Vuitton / Mister Cartoon

ICNCLST/ is proud to announce its most recent project for Louis Vuitton — a painting and studio interview commission with artist Mister Cartoon. Now on view as part of Louis Vuitton’s exhibition “LV Dream” in Paris, the maison briefed our studio to select an artist who could execute a dynamic portrait painting of a young Louis Vuitton (the man).

LV welcomed a diverse cohort of artists — across different mediums and styles — to imagine Louis through their own unique perspective and style. Mister Cartoon’s painting is paired with an exclusive studio interview, accessible through the LV App.

LV Dream is on view until November 15th, 2023 at 26 quai de la Mégisserie, Paris 1er – France. Free admission is available upon reservation at the Louis Vuitton website. Other artists with designs on view are Takashi Murakami, Jeff Koons, Cindy Sherman, Alex Katz, and Yayoi Kusama.
