HBO / Maradona
In 2019, Theresa Tran worked with HBO and its partner agency Genesco to premiere the Maradona documentary, reaching the endemic soccer communities of New York and Miami through a mix of PR and social media tactics.
Over 10,000 people showed up to a pop-up Maradona museum in NYC’s Chinatown, while screening events in Miami attracted local and national media and generated 10 million media impressions amongst the industry elite – players, personalities and influencers.
