Celebrating the Launch of EA FC25: Inside the VIP FC Clubhouse Event in NYC
This fall, EA Sports celebrated the release of EA FC25, the second installment of its rebranded football franchise, with a high-profile launch event in New York City.
ICNCLST, in its sixth year partnering with EA Sports, was engaged to spearhead the North American launch. The result was FC Clubhouse, an exclusive, invite-only event that brought together stars, creators, and football enthusiasts to usher in the new era of EA FC.
With luminaries such as Ronaldinho, Alex Morgan, Tim Howard, Shaun White, Donte DiVincenzo, Ali Krieger, KidSuper’s Colm Dillane, and more in attendance, the evening united a diverse cast, all connected by their passion for football and gaming.
The event took place as part of a global celebration for the game and served as a prelude to its worldwide release on FC Friday

Our team led the charge, overseeing venue selection, creative direction and design, scenic production, event programming, and the curation of a star-studded VIP guest list. FC Clubhouse offered a high-energy, immersive experience that celebrated EA FC’s tagline, “For The Club,” and honored the culture, community, and legacy of football.
The event's scenic highlights offered an immersive tribute to football culture and the EA FC experience. At its heart was a central exhibition featuring football memorabilia, including match-worn artifacts, MLS and NWSL trophies, and engaging partner activations from Beats by Dre, Soccerbible, and the National Soccer Hall of Fame. A life-size subway set, re-skinned with FC Mobile branding, vividly brought the tagline “Anywhere – For The Club” to life. A mini-pitch stadium, designed in collaboration with Nike Virtual Studios (.SWOOSH), showcased the new RUSH game mode, mirroring a custom in-game stadium and blending the digital and physical realms of the sport.
These immersive elements created the perfect celebration. The festivities carried on into the night with an exclusive after-party at Somewhere Nowhere, where Tequila Don Julio added the perfect toast to the game’s global premiere.
